What does the $125 on-site visit fee cover?
This fee covers my travel to your location within the 35-mile radius and my expert time to thoroughly diagnose your tech issue. Once I've identified the problem, I'll give you a precise quote for the solution. Even if you decide not to proceed with the repair, you'll have a professional diagnosis and a clear understanding of your options.

Absolutely! My expertise extends to the entire Apple ecosystem. I've been working with Macs for as long as I've been working with PCs, so whether it's a MacBook, iMac, or any other Apple device, I'm fully equipped to help.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have verified backups of all critical data prior to any service. A 30-day warranty applies to all labor performed.
